Overview

Our 2-20mm borosilicate float glass sheet is premium 3.3 expansion borofloat glass manufactured by advanced float tin bath process. Different from ordinary tempered glass and soda-lime glass, this borosilicate float glass features ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient, excellent thermal shock resistance, high light transmittance and superior chemical stability.

With complete thickness specifications ranging from 2mm to 20mm, the glass has ultra-flat surface without ripples, bubbles or scratches. It supports diversified deep processing and custom cutting, widely applicable for high-temperature industrial equipment, optical instruments, laboratory equipment, lighting protection and precision electronic substrates.

Key Features

1. Grade 3.3 Ultra-Stable Borosilicate Material Adopts standard 3.3 borosilicate formula with thermal expansion coefficient of 3.3×10/K. It can withstand extreme temperature difference from -40ºC to 450ºC, resisting sudden cooling and heating cracking, far more durable than ordinary glass in high-temperature environments.

2. Float Process Ultra-Flat & High Transparency Formed by floating on molten tin liquid with flame-polished surface, the glass achieves zero wave distortion and high flatness. Light transmittance reaches over 91%, ultra-clear without yellowing, ensuring precise visual observation and stable optical performance.

3. Excellent Chemical & Corrosion Resistance Features strong acid and alkali resistance, waterproof and oxidation resistance. It is not easy to be eroded by chemical solvents, humid air and industrial corrosive gases, maintaining stable performance in harsh industrial environments with long service life.

4. Complete 2-20mm Full Thickness Range Covers all conventional thicknesses: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm. In stock standard sizes support fast delivery, and customized cutting for special sizes is available to meet diverse application scenarios.
