Product Introduction

Laser protection glass is optical safety shielding window matched for all types of laser equipment. Made of special borosilicate / optical float substrate coated with multi-layer laser absorbing film, it precisely absorbs laser beams of target wavelengths, blocking direct high-energy laser and diffuse reflected light to prevent eye injury and internal optical component damage.

 

Single-wavelength & multi-wavelength composite protection specifications are customizable, compatible with fiber, CO, UV, IR, femtosecond and semiconductor lasers. We process flat shielding windows, stepped laser protection discs, square embedded panels and equipment viewing lenses, providing one-stop deep processing including CNC precision grinding, drilling, AR anti-fouling coating and border silk printing. Widely applied to laser cutting machines, marking machines, welders, lab optical platforms, medical aesthetic laser instruments and laser teaching equipment.

   Thermal tempering optional to boost impact resistance against flying hot metal spatter and scratch hazards. Once broken, it splits into small blunt granular fragments without sharp splinters, eliminating secondary safety risks for laser cutting & welding working conditions with high-temperature molten slag.
4. Wide thermal & chemical resistance, durable coating without peeling

    

   High-temperature resistant special optical glass base works stably from -30ºC to 280ºC under continuous laser heat radiation. Dense composite coating features strong adhesion, resisting oil fume, cooling liquid and mild acid/alkali vapor. No coating peeling, yellowing or fogging after long-term operation, consistent laser shielding performance lifelong.
5. Full-size custom processing for all equipment assembly structures

    

   Custom round, square & special-shaped cuts available; concentric step tiers, edge chamfering, mounting holes and silk printed wavelength labels are processable. Thickness covers 2-12mm, perfectly fits laser machine viewing windows, optical path protective lenses and equipment door shielding sight glass. Official OD attenuation test reports and laser safety certificates can be supplied, small sample orders & mass bulk production supported.
